We cannot help but envy the beautiful bodies of many celebrities. However much we want to look like them though, most of us do not want to go through the trouble that is obviously involved to achieve that look. It is easy to want a simple way to attain these perfect figures but how do you accomplish this? 

Many celebrities focus their efforts on leading healthy lifestyles, including stringent exercise programs and specific dietary considerations. While there is the occasional off-the-wall diet that claims to help shed the pounds, most celebrities follow diet plans that ordinary people are very familiar with.

Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie seems to favor high protein diets.
